Bourgogne Pinot Noir

100% Pinot Noir, the master grape of Burgundy, this great vintage known as “noirien” was the first to be officially recognized.

This powerful and complex wine reveals spicy and subtly toasted notes from its ageing in oak barrels, with nuances of mocha, gingerbread spices and vanilla. With aeration, delicate floral notes emerge, complementing the distinctive aromas of Pinot Noir, dominated by cherry. On the palate, its serious and pronounced tannic structure brings depth and dimension, offering a wine that is both structured, elegant and persistent.
